Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport is looking for an engineer!

As engineer, you are part of the Engineering Team reporting directly to the Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities

- You will focus on the daily maintenance of all areas as well as preventive maintenance to ensure guests enjoy the utmost comfort during their stay

- You will locate technical failures and make sure they get solved

- You will conduct inspection rounds in the hotel

- You will contact third parties in case of failures which cannot be solved by the team

- You will operate and ensure the proper functioning of the STP (Gebouwbeheerssysteem)

- You take care of administrative tasks related to the Engineering department

Qualifications

- You have great language skills in English and preferably in Dutch as well

- You have technical insight and affinity with repair work

- It is not a problem for you to work in rotating shifts (morning/evening) and weekends once per month

- You have experience in leading a team

- You are eligible to work in the Netherlands

- You thrive through the buzz of working in a dynamic team and in a great hotel

Preferred qualifications

- You have a year work experience in preferably a similar position

- BHV

- SVH Certificate

- Basic Dutch Knowledge
