For our 4-star boutique hotel in a Amsterdam Canal House, we are looking for a flexible team player to join our small team. The role involves pre-reception duties, requires experience as a hotel receptionist, and speaking Dutch is a plus. We focus on providing high-quality guest service. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. If you're passionate about hospitality, this could be a great opportunity for you!

The Front Office is the first point of contact for our guests in the hotel. Almost all questions, comments, and complaints are handled by the Front Office. Our team is highly trained in providing the highest level of service to give our guests an unforgettable experience.
 
The tasks include:
- Advising and assisting guests in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Checking hotel guests in and out.
- Handling administrative procedures.
- Solving and preventing complaints.
 
Who are you?
You are naturally hospitable, spontaneous, and professional. Your service with a smile enhances the guest's experience, but your personality makes it one to remember. You are not shy and approach guests to make a connection. Each time you leave an impression that stays with the guests. Your sense of hospitality is not limited to guests; you build a bond with your colleagues and help them where needed. Furthermore, you have the following personal qualities:
 
- You understand better than anyone what a guest wants and act proactively.
- You speak fluent English, Dutch is a pre
- You have strong social and communication skills.
- You are hospitable and do everything for the guest, without losing sight of the commercial aspect.
- You have preferably experience with Infor and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
