Do you want to become a restaurant manager? We are looking for a restaurant manager!

Diya Delft is an Indian restaurant located in Delft. The focus of Diya Delft is to build a bridge between local Dutch society and Indian food. We want to lower the threshold by serving traditional Indian food in a street food way. Due to expension of our restaurant we are hiring new staff!

What are you going to do?
As restaurant manager you ensure that the daily operation of the restaurant runs smoothly. You ensure maximum guest experience and quality at all times! You know how to enchant our guests. In addition, you lead the team in a positive and energetic way and you are responsible for personnel policy. You help make plans, coach and train the team. You are also responsible for the financial administration and salary administration of the restaurant.

• You are a positive and hardworking person;
• You are hospitable, have a representative appearance and a great sense of responsibility;
• You are commercially minded. You have a feeling for what sells and what doesn't;
• You work in a structured way and can keep clear and accurate administration;
• You are strong in collaboration and enjoy motivating the team;
• You are flexible and have a passion for your profession, you don't mind working in the evenings or on weekends;
• You speak Dutch and English fluently;
• You have your SVH and BHV diploma or are willing to obtain them in the short term;
• You have experience working in a restaurant.
