As bartender you play a key role in the overall experience of our guests. We’re looking for somebody who’s passionate about pizza, fine ingredients and good wine! You will be the face of the pizzeria for every guest that walks through our door and you are committed to deliver the highest standard of guest service.


About the role:

Preparing drinks and wines
Interreacting with customers, taking orders and serving drinks
Accessing bar customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations

Responsibilities:

Prepare non-alcohol beverages for restaurant. Need to have a basic knowledge about Italian wines. 
Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks
Access customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
Plan and present bar
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Requirements:

Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
Knowledge of a second language is a plus
Hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus
You have prior experience in this type of role
