As a Front-End F&B Service Staff Member, you are the face of our hospitality experience. You ensure that guests feel welcomed, well-served, and satisfied from the moment they enter until they leave. Your role involves taking orders, serving food and drinks, and creating a warm, professional, and efficient dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
???? Guest Interaction & Service

Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude

Provide menus, explain specials or concept dishes, and take accurate orders

Answer guest questions about the menu, dietary options, or ingredients

Make recommendations when requested and upsell items when appropriate

????️ Order Handling & Service Execution

Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely and accurate order delivery

Serve food and beverages efficiently with proper etiquette

Handle changes, special requests, and resolve guest complaints politely

Clear tables, reset for the next guests, and maintain table cleanliness throughout service

???? Payments & Administration

Process bills, take payments, and return change or receipts

Handle cash, card terminals, and POS systems accurately

???? Cleanliness & Hygiene

Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the dining area and service stations

Follow HACCP or food safety guidelines set in the Netherlands

???? Teamwork & Communication

Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and management teams

Assist colleagues during busy hours and contribute to smooth operations

Requirements:

Experience in a similar front-of-house or waitstaff role preferred

Good command of Dutch and/or English (multilingual is a plus)

Energetic, well-presented, and guest-focused

Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Knowledge of food allergies, wine basics, and F&B etiquette is a plus
